Designed to keep things simple and give you everything you need in one go.
They include everything from photos to floor plans and drone shots, and it’s the same with the virtual tour and the videos: the price is set to cover everything, so you don’t have to worry about adding anything extra. It’s all about showcasing the property beautifully while showing your sellers the value you bring.
You also don’t have to worry about choosing the quantity of photos — we’ll cover everything needed. The quantity depends on the size of the house, usually around 30 to 50 photos. It’s all about making things easy for you and delivering the best results.
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
For properties larger than 4,000 square feet, an additional fee is applied — the time and the extra work they need, which in our opinion makes sense.
